Set Up Email with Microsoft Outlook (PC & Mac)

Locate where to add your new account

• On PC:

  • File (Menu) > Add Account

• On Mac:

  • Outlook (Menu) > Preferences > Personal Settings > Accounts > Add email account

Enter your email address

• On PC:

  • Type your author email address
  • Under Advanced options, check the box Let me set my account manually
  • Click Connect

• On Mac:

  • Enter your author email address
  • Click Continue

Select your incoming protocol

• On PC:

  • Select IMAP

• On Mac:

  • Select IMAP/POP

Insert your IMAP information

Type the following information:

• On PC:

  • Email address: Your SiteArcade email address
  • Username: Your SiteArcade email address
  • Password: Your SiteArcade email password
  • Incoming mail: mail.gandi.net — Port: 993 — Encryption method: SSL/TLS
  • Outgoing mail: mail.gandi.net — Port: 587 — Encryption method: START/TLS
  • Require logon using Secure Password Authentication: Unchecked

When you’re done, click “Next”.

• On Mac:

  • Type: IMAP
  • Email address: Your SiteArcade email address
  • Username: Your SiteArcade email address
  • Password: Your SiteArcade email password
  • Incoming Server: mail.gandi.net — Port: 993
  • Outgoing Server: mail.gandi.net — Port: 587
  • Use SSL to connect: Both checked

When you’re done, click Add Account. If you’re on a Mac, you’re all done. Congrats!

Last steps (PC only)

• Insert your SiteArcade email password and click on Connect
• After a loading screen, your SiteArcade email address should appear under Account successfully added
• Click Done and you’re good to go!
